I am a self taught artist originally from Ireland but now living in Brighton in the UK with my husband.
Acrylics on canvas are my main medium but I also enjoy dabbling with the digital format and have been known to delve into pastels and pen.

I work in the Quirky style which aims to place prominence on the depiction of an item that already exists, but is portrayed in an emphasised way. In this way it can be described as being a subsection of the Figurative Art movement. I am a keen advocate of the quirky movement as its freedom of form and yet its attachment to that form is a challenging and exciting juxtaposition in which to work.
